The location

The Relais San Lorenzo is situated in the historical Lucca's town centre, very close to San Frediano's Church,Via Fillungo and Piazza Anfiteatro. A short walk from the front door, you'll find shops,pubs,restaurants and amazing views from the city's highest point on Torre Guinigi and on the Renaissence Walls, a beautiful ring that closes Lucca as a treasure.

Only a couple of steps away you find a city-bus stop and shuttle-service stop. On request a limousine or minibus transfer from and to the station, as well as to Pisa and Florence airports or to other destinations can be ordered.

San Lorenzo Relais lies above a Roman villa called Casa del Fanciullo sul Delfino,dating back to the 1st century BC and now open to the public and has got the same door as this amazing archaeological site.
